Sono passati 4 anni da quando il mondo è stato unificato sotto il comando della Federazione, tuttavia il piano pacificatore di Aeolia Schember è ben lungi dal dirsi riuscito. Ancora molti sono gli stati che non accettano questa supremazia e sui quali cala quindi implacabile l’ira della Federazione che, in nome dell’unità e della pace del mondo, non si fa scrupoli a annientare ogni diversità e polemica. Questo è il momento ideale per il ritorno dei Gundam Meister, che riprendono la lotta, questa volta per porre fine alla dittatura della Federazione.
