Daiei Eizou

Daiei Eizou ist 1974 als Tochtergesellschaft von Tokuma Shoten gegründet worden und war eine japanische Filmproduktionsgesellschaft. Mit der Gründung wurde die 1971 insolvent gegangene Daiei Film Co. Ltd. wiederbelebt.

Die Firma war vor allem für die Produktion und Co-Produktion von Filmen bekannt, allerdings war man auch an der Produktion einiger Anime beteiligt.

Zwei Jahre nach dem Tod des Firmenpräsidenten wurde die Firma an Kadokawa Shoten verkauft, die daraufhin Kadokawa Daiei Pictures gründete.

The company was primarily known for the production and co-production of films, although it was also involved in the production of some anime.

Two years after the death of the company president, the company was sold to Kadokawa Shoten, which then founded Kadokawa Daiei Pictures.
